A Facilities and Operations Management Professional with over 20 years’ experience providing overall leadership, direction and consistency for all facets of facilties maintenance plant optimization and reliability activities. Stephanie serves as a leader in quality, reliability & maintainability, operations, total productive maintenance, safety, project management, managerial finance, complimented with a continuous improvement back ground. Possessing highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, and also has an excellent understanding of all aspects of Building Operations for both Government and Civilian facilities. All of these skill sets have allowed Peak Facility Solutions to excel in a highly competitive industry.
